Navajiva Nourish Pvt Ltd - Shipping Policy (Pan-India)

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST will be processed within 48 hours.
    • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
    • Orders will not be processed on public holidays or due to other uncontrollable factors.

  2. Shipping Methods

    • Free Shipping Across India:
      All orders within India will be shipped free of charge, regardless of the order value.
    • Delivery Time:
      Orders within India will typically be delivered within 3-7 business days. However, for remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.

  3. Tracking

    • After placing an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
    • You can also log into your account on our website for detailed order and shipping information.
    • If your order contains multiple items, we will do our best to ship them together. However, due to inventory constraints, items may ship separately, and you will receive all relevant tracking numbers via email.

  4. Delay/No Tracking Update/Missing/Wrong Product

    • Delay: In case of any uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, logistics may be delayed. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.
    • No Tracking Update: If you do not receive tracking updates, please contact us with your order number, and we will check with the courier.
    • Missing: If a product goes missing during transit, we will assist in locating it within 1-2 working days. If confirmed missing, we will re-ship your order.
    • Wrong Products: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for the return and send the correct product immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for such errors.

  5. Changing Shipping Address

    • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
    • If the order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply for address changes.

  6. Taxes and Duties

    • All orders within India are duty-free. If any customs duties are incurred, you can approach us for assistance.
