- marking attendance

- closing the day for distance calculation

We do not collect background location continuously. Location is collected when you trigger these actions inside the app.

When an MR records doctor activity, we may collect:

- clinic or business name
- mobile number, if entered
- specialty, if entered
- birthday, if entered
- address, city, state, and pincode
- GPS coordinates of visit location
- sample given / not given status
- visit notes and timestamps

MR users should only enter professional information they are authorized to share or record in the ordinary course of business.

- dispatch and courier details

### Distributor App

The Distributor app may request access to files, documents, and media so users can upload business records, agreements, and order-related documents.

### MR App

The MR app may request:

- Camera access to capture attendance, doctor visit, and sample photos
- Location access to mark attendance, save doctor visit locations, and calculate daily distance summary

These permissions are used only for app features that the user chooses to use.

## 7. No Cross-App Tracking or Advertising Tracking

Our apps are intended for business operations and do not use personal data for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.

We do not knowingly track users across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising.

## 8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

- operate the apps and website
- maintain business records
- support onboarding, orders, agreements, and field operations
- comply with tax, accounting, legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations
